Preparation Method:
(Z)-N-[2-Chloro-3-(dimethylamino)allylidene]-N-methylmethanaminium Hexafluorophosphate are generally synthesized by the following steps:
1. take 2-chloro -3-dimethylamino-propenal and methyl amine reaction, generate N,N-dimethyl -3-dimethylamino acrylamide.
2. In the presence of hydrogen chloride, N, N-dimethyl-3-dimethylaminoacrylamide is reacted with butyric anhydride to generate-(2-chloro-3-dimethylamino-2-propenyl)-dimethylamine.
3. The above product is reacted with hexafluorophosphoric acid to generate the final product (2-chloro -3-dimethylamino -2-propenyl)-dimethyl ammonium hexafluorophosphate.
