Abstract:
A new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of dopamine hydrochloride was established based on the synergistic effect of dopamine hydrochloride and tannin on the oxidation of luminol by KIO4 in alkaline medium. The linear range of dopamine hydrochloride was 2.0 × 10 ^-10~6.0 × 10 ^-8g/mL, and the detection limit was 1.17 × 10 ^-10g/mL, the relative standard deviation for 11 determinations of 8.0 × 10 ^-10g/mL dopamine hydrochloride is 1.92%. The method can be applied to the determination of dopamine hydrochloride in dopamine hydrochloride injection and urine.

Abstract:
Objective to establish an HPLC method for the determination of dopamine hydrochloride in dopamine hydrochloride injection. Methods the samples were determined by external standard method and dissolved in water. Analysis was performed on a hypersilb dsc18 column (5 μm,4.6mm × 150mm) with the mobile phase of phosphate buffer (pH5.8) Methanol (98:2) at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min and the detection wavelength at 280nm. Results there was a good linear relationship between dopamine hydrochloride concentration and peak area ratio in the range of 20~120 μg/ml (r = 0.99995), the precision was 0.70%, and the stability test RSD was 0.29%, the sample recovery rate was 99.7%. The content of dopamine hydrochloride determined by HPLC has no significant difference compared with spectrophotometry, but the result is more close to the theoretical value. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible, and the RSD is less than 1.0%. It can be used for the determination of dopamine hydrochloride in dopamine hydrochloride injection.Key words:
