application | 3,5-dimethyl -4-iodopyrazole can be used as an organic synthesis intermediate and a pharmaceutical intermediate, mainly used in laboratory research and development process and chemical production process. |
preparation | 3, 5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole (100mg,1.04mmol) was dissolved in 1.0mL TFA. N-iodosuccinimide (234mg,1.04mmol) was added to the whole part. The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. The LCMS showed a complete response. Add water and EtOAc and separate the phases. The organic phase was washed with an aqueous solution of saturated sodium sulfite and dehydrated by sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated. 230mg of crude white solid product (1.04mmol,99%) was obtained. |
