| Production method | Using p-N,N-diethylaminosalicylaldehyde and 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole as raw materials, the product is obtained by condensation in dimethylformamide. The finished product is obtained by acid cooking, filtration, grinding and drying.. Using 4-diethylaminosalicylaldehyde and 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole as raw materials, the two are condensed in DMF solvent to form imine, and then hydrolyzed in acidic medium to obtain the product. Or use 4-diethylaminosalicylaldehyde and 2-benzothiazole acetic acid as raw materials, and the two are condensed to obtain the product. After solvent recovery and other post-treatment, filtration, drying to obtain the finished product.. Add 8g of 4-diethylaminosalicylaldehyde, 7.2g of 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole and 65ml of dimethylformamide (DMF) to the reaction bottle, stir, add a small amount of morpholine and glacial acetic acid after the solid is dissolved, and react at 25 ℃ for 24 hours. Filtration, washing, and drying to obtain intermediate imine (2-imo-3-2-benzimidazole)-7-diethylamino coumarin. 100ml of hydrochloric acid, 5.7g of the above-mentioned imine are added to the reaction bottle, refluxed at 100-103 ℃ for 2.5h, cooled to 5 ℃, 250g of ice is added, neutralized with 50% NaOH solution to pH = 7.5, yellow solid is precipitated, and the brilliant yellow product is filtered, washed with water and dried. |
