Abstract:
The synthesis of polyisobutylene succinic anhydride derivatives was introduced, and the practical application of the derivatives was investigated. The results show that the product has good oil solubility, thermal stability and emulsifying properties, and is suitable for continuous production line of powdery Emulsion explosive.Key words:

Abstract:
The content of polyisobutylene in polyisobutylene succinic anhydride intermediate product was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with external standard method, and detected by differential detector. The self-made modified alumina column (4.6mm × 250mm,15.0 μm) was used as the column, and n-hexane was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. The average linear range of polyisobutylene was 3.8-111g/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998, the relative standard deviation was 2.08%, and the recovery rate was 98.5%-101.5%. The method is simple, economical and accurate.
