Use:

Method:
There are two main methods for preparing 3-BROMOBENZENE-1,2-DIOL:
1. Bromination reaction of nitrobenzene, and then reduction reaction to obtain 3-bromo O-aniline, and finally through oxidation reaction to obtain 3-BROMOBENZENE-1,2-DIOL.
2.3-BROMOBENZENE-1,2-DIOL was obtained by bromination of Catechol.
