Preparation Method:
2-(Pyrrolidine-1-sulfonyl)-ethylaminehydrochloride is prepared as follows:
1. pyrrolidine and phosphorus pentachloride are mixed in dry dimethylformamide.
2. Ethylamine is added dropwise at low temperature to react to generate 2-(pyrrolidine-l-ylsulfonyl) ethylamine.
3. The resulting product was reacted with hydrochloric acid to give 2-(Pyrrolidine-1-sulfonyl)-ethylaminehydrochloride.
