Preparation Method:

-Reaction of trifluoromethyl anisole with bromoacetate to give the corresponding acid ester compound.
-The acid ester compound is reduced by sodium borohydride to obtain trifluoromethylbenzoxylamine.
-Finally, trifluoromethylbenzoxylamine is reacted with hydrochloric acid to prepare O-[4-(Trifluoromethyl)benzyl]hydroxylamine hydrochloride.
