Abstract:
The effect of nucleating agent zinc phenylphosphate (PPZn) on the crystallization behavior of PLA was studied by DSC and POM. The results show that PPZn can be used as a highly efficient nucleating agent for polylactic acid, and the addition of PPZn significantly improves the crystallization rate and crystallinity of polylactic acid. When the mass fraction of PPZn was 5%, the Tcs (initial crystallization temperature) decreased by about 24, and the Tce (termination crystallization temperature) decreased by about 29. The addition of PPZn greatly shortened the crystallization time of PLA. When the mass fraction of PPZn is 2%, the crystallization rate constant increases by about 5 orders of magnitude.

Organometallic phosphonic acid compounds are an important class of organic-inorganic hybrid materials. Three novel metal zinc phosphonic acid compounds Zn<,9>{(4-O<,3>P)C<,6>H<,4>COO <,6>(4,4 '-bpy)(H<,2>O)<,6>(1),Zn<,8>{(4-O<,3>P)C<,6>H<,4>COO <,6>(dabco)<,2>(H<,2>O)<,6>(2) and Zn<,3>{(4-O<,3>P)C<,6>H<,4>COO ↑, 2>(3). Compounds (1) and (2) have a columnar structure containing micropores, and compound (3) exhibits a dense columnar structure.Key words:
