37288-11-2 - Introduction
Phytase has a special spatial structure, which can sequentially separate phosphorus from phytic acid molecules, degrade phytic acid (salt) into inositol and inorganic phosphorus, and release other nutrients combined with phytic acid (salt). & & Description: Phytase is a general term for a class of enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of phytic acid and its salts into inositol and phosphate (salt), and belongs to phosphate monoester hydrolase. Phytase has a special spatial structure, which can sequentially separate phosphorus from phytic acid molecules, degrade phytic acid (salt) into inositol and inorganic phosphorus, and release other nutrients combined with phytic acid (salt). The addition of phytase to animal feed increased the availability of phosphorus in grains and made up for the lack of phosphorus in animal feed. This enzyme preparation is an enzyme preparation fermented by a high-yield strain of phytase, which is widely used in poultry and pig feed. & & enzyme activity: 5u/mg. & & vitality definition: one unit will liberate 1.0 μ mole of inorganic phosphorus from 1.5 mM phytate per min at pH 5.15 at 55 c & & the optimum pH is 4.8-5.2, the temperature is 55-60 ℃ & & the addition amount: when used as feed additive, the addition amount of this enzyme preparation is about 0.1%. Each g of phytic acid requires 150U phytase to decompose: 150U × 4kg = 600,000U; If 5000U/g phytase is added, 600,000 ÷ 5000=120g
