production method	is obtained by reacting fluoroethanol and p-Toluenesulfonyl chloride. 29.5g of 2-fluoroethanol (0.46mol) was mixed with 0.51g of p-Toluenesulfonyl chloride (mol) and 74.4ml of pyridine was added dropwise AT -7 °c.
