biological activity | GATA4-NKX2-5-IN-1 (Compound 3) dose-dependently inhibited GATA4-NKX2-5 transcription synergistically with an IC50 of 3 μm. GATA4-NKX2-5-IN-1 has no activity on protein kinases involved in the regulation of GATA4 phosphorylation. GATA4-NKX2-5-IN-1 modulates hypertrophic agonist-induced cardiac gene expression. |
