Preparation Method:
(4E)-4-(3-Chlorobenzylidene)-3-(chloromethyl)-isoxazol-5(4H)-one can be synthesized by the following method:
an appropriate amount of 3-chlorobenzaldehyde and ethyl chloroacetate are heated to react under alkaline conditions to generate (4E)-4-(3-Chlorobenzylidene)-3-(chloromethyl)isoxazol-5(4H)-one.
