4-AMINO-N-(6-CHLORO-5-METHOXY-4-PYRIMIDINYL)BENZENESNLFONAMIDE - Production method

Use methyl methoxyacetate and diethyl oxalate to condensed with the participation of sodium ethoxide to form methyl methoxybutanone diacid, and then heat to decarbonyl under reduced pressure to obtain methoxymalonic acid Methyl ester, the latter and formamide are condensed with sodium methoxide to obtain 5-methoxy-4, 6-dihydroxypyrimidine disodium, and then neutralized with hydrochloric acid to obtain 5-methoxy-4, 6-dihydroxypyrimidine, then use phosphorus trichloride to chlorinate hydroxyl, and condensation with sulfanilamide sodium salt to prepare the product.
