application | 4-bromo -3-methoxyaniline is a bromoaniline compound, which is widely used in medicine and pesticides and is an important pharmaceutical and pesticide raw material. |
synthesis method | 4-bromo -3-methoxyaniline can be synthesized by the following steps: iron powder (40.8g,0.730mol), ammonium chloride (64.7g,1.21mol) and 2-bromoanil (50g,0.215mol) is dissolved in water (1.5L) and MeOH(1L) and the suspension obtained is stirred overnight. Filter out the solid and dilute the liquid with ethyl acetate, wash with brine, dry with sodium sulfate, filter and evaporate the solvent in a vacuum. 43.1g of 4-bromo-3-methoxyaniline was obtained. Brown solid, ISP-MS:m/e = 203.1([M H] ). |
