| preparation | add p-fluorobenzoic acid (10.0g,60mmol) and 100mL tetrahydrofuran into a 250mL three-mouth bottle, then add N,N'-carbonyl diimidazole (12.6g,78mmol),TLC monitors whether the reaction of the raw materials is complete, and after the reaction is completed, slowly add 80% hydrazine hydrate (5.94g,95mmol) dropwise, finish dropwise, and stir for about 6 hours.
