Raw Materials | Carbon tetrachloride Sodium metabisulfite Heptane Sodium bisulfite water solution 2-(4-CHLOROPHENYL)-4-BROMO-1-METHYL-5-(TRIFLUOROMETHYL)-1H-PYRROLE-3-CARBONITRILE |
The preparation method is obtained by bromomethylation of 2-p-chlorophenyl -4-bromo -1-methyl -5-trifluoromethyl pyrrole -3-nitrile.
Add 3.8g(0.01mol)2-p-chlorophenyl -4-bromo -1-methyl -5-trifluoromethyl pyrrole -3-nitrile and carbon tetrachloride into a three-mouthed flask, stir, heat and dissolve, turn on the high-pressure mercury lamp at 70-75 ℃, and start dropping 3.2g(0.015mol) bromine, react with light for 48-96h, cool to room temperature, wash again with water, dry, desolvate in vacuum, recrystallize with n-heptane to obtain 1.6g of 4-bromo-1-bromomethyl-2-p-chlorophenyl-5-trifluoromethylpyrrole -3-nitrile with 35% yield.
