production method | is prepared from p-nitroacetanilide, methyl iodide and ethanol as raw materials. Acetone, P-nitroacetanilide and potassium hydroxide were mixed, followed by heating and refluxing, and an acetone solution of methyl iodide was added dropwise. After addition, refluxing was continued for 4 hours. After standing overnight, the acetone was recovered, and crystals were precipitated. After cooling, the alkali was washed off and washed with ethanol to obtain N-methyl-p-nitroacetanilide. Then it was mixed with ethanol and hydrochloric acid, heated and refluxed for 8H to recover ethyl acetate and ethanol, washed with water, washed with acid, and dried to obtain crude product. The crude product is dissolved with acetone, filtered, and the recovered acetone is precipitated to be the finished product. |
