4-溴-2-乙酰基噻吩 - Preparation
In a 2L three-mouth bottle equipped with a thermometer and a reflux condenser tube, 2-bromothiophene is added, glacial acetic acid and acetic anhydride are added under mechanical stirring, heated and refluxed for 3h, and the reaction is complete. The glacial acetic acid and excess acetic anhydride in the reaction solution are spin-dried, and the gray-white solid is added to the toluene beating, filtered, and dried in a vacuum oven to obtain 2-acetyl-4-bromothiophene.
