Preparation Method:
3-Bromophenethyl bromide can be synthesized by the following methods:
First, bromobenzene and bromoethane are reacted under alkali catalysis to obtain a mixture of 2-bromobenzylethyl bromide and 4-bromobenzylethyl bromide. Then, 3-bromophenethyl bromide was obtained therefrom by purifying the mixture.
