preparation | 1,2-phenyldiacetonitrile is dissolved in 150mL DMF, 15.86g(142 mmo1) potassium tert-butanol is added at an internal temperature of -10~0 ℃, and stirred at 0-5 ℃ for 2 hours. Add 200mL of water and 22mL of 30% hydrochloric acid at 0-5 ℃ and stir for 1h. The crude product was obtained by suction filtration. The crude product was dissolved in 170mL methanol and recrystallized. After suction filtration, the crude product was dried to obtain 20.87g of 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo [D] azazepines with a yield of 89%. |
