Preparation Method:
(2S)-2-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)-4,4-difluoro-butanoic acid can be prepared by the following steps:
1. t-butanol reacts with (2S)-4,4-difluorobutyric acid to give (2S)-2-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)-4,4-difluorobutanol.
2. react the product of the previous step with dimethyl carbamate to obtain (2S)-2-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)-4,4-difluoro-butanoic acid.
