product characteristics | phosphorus-containing epoxy resin has high flame retardant efficiency, but its moisture-heat resistance is low, and some phosphorus-containing flame retardants have strong water solubility. after its products are discarded after use, phosphorus is easily dissolved and may also cause pollution to the environment. Silicon-containing epoxy resin is heat-resistant and moisture-proof, has good electrical properties, adhesion and mechanical strength, but the glass transition temperature is generally low, and it is not compatible with most epoxy resins.
