under the protection of nitrogen, bibenzoyl (2.10g, 0.01mol), aminoacetamide hydrochloride (1.32g, 0.012mol) and NaOH(0.96g,0.024mol) were successively added into 20mL methanol solvent, heated and refluxed for 3~4h, and the reaction was completely monitored by LC-MS. The reaction solution is cooled to 0~5 ℃, then 12N HCl(1.25mL) solution is added dropwise, and after stirring the reaction solution at room temperature for 30min, 1g of sodium bicarbonate and 13mL of water are added, the reaction solution is filtered, the solid is washed with water (5mL) and methanol (5mL) respectively, and 2.20g of white solid 5,6-diphenyl -2-hydroxypyrazine is obtained by vacuum drying, the yield is 88.7%, ESI-MS: M/z = 249.2(M H).
