overview | luffin (Fisetin) is a polymer pharmaceutical raw material. This product is a yellow needle-like crystal, derived from the lacquer family plants, wax tree RhussuccedaneaL, coggygria, etc. Soluble in ethanol, acetone and acetic acid. Almost insoluble in water, ether, benzene, chloroform and petroleum ether. It has an inhibitory effect on the production of prostate cord in 3T3 mice fibroblasts with methylcholanthracene transmutation, and the half effective inhibitory concentration (ID50) is 42.0UM. It has inhibitory effect on the whole sugar reductase of rat eye lens, and the half effective inhibitory concentration is 10-6M; for mouse small intestine specimens, its anti-acetylcholine spasmodic effect is the 166% of papaverine. A team of Japanese and American researchers found through animal experiments that the lutein in vegetables and fruits can help improve memory. |

pharmacological action | 1. inhibition of prostaglandin: inhibitory effect on the formation of prostatic cord in 3T3 mouse fibroblasts transformed from methylcholanthracene, with a half effective inhibitory concentration (ID50) of 42.0UM. 2. Enzyme inhibition: it has inhibitory effect on the whole sugar reductase of rat eye lens, and the half effective inhibitory concentration is 10-6M 3. antispasmodic: on mouse small intestine specimens, its antiacetylcholine spasmodic effect is the 166% of papaverine. 4. A team composed of Japanese and American researchers found through animal experiments that the lutein in vegetables and fruits can help improve memory. |
extraction rate experiment | 20g of yellow protection was weighed, totaling 5 batches. Under the optimal extraction process, reflux extraction until the extract is nearly colorless, combine the extract, filter and concentrate, move to a 1000ml volumetric flask, add ethanol to the scale, and shake well. accurately absorb 1ml and place it in a 100ml volumetric flask, add ethanol to dilute to scale, shake well, measure its absorbance at 367±1nm wavelength of ultraviolet spectrophotometer according to the determination method of envery flavin content in yellow pond pulp, calculate the content and extraction rate of envery flavin in the sample according to the 847.52 of C12H10O6 absorption coefficient, and see table 1 for the results. table 1 extraction rate of luffin in coggygria coggygria |
