use | used to synthesize pesticides, medicines and other fine chemicals. |
Production method | It is obtained by the reaction of dimethyl sulfate and potassium thiocyanide. Potassium thiocyanide is dissolved in water, dimethyl sulfate is added dropwise, the temperature is controlled below 60 ℃, and the dropwise addition is completed for about 3 hours. Then continue stirring for 2h. Leave overnight. The oil layer is washed with water to produce the finished product. |
