100g of p-methoxyaniline hydrochloride, 270g of ferric chloride (FeCL3 · 6H2O), 10g of anhydrous zinc chloride and 450ml of 95% ethanol are mixed, stirred and heated, 35g of methyl vinyl ketone is added dropwise, maintained at 60-65 ℃ for 1.5-2h, and refluxed for 2h. After cooling, add 25% sodium hydroxide solution until it is alkaline, and distill under reduced pressure. Then the residue is extracted with ether, the extract is distilled after the ether is distilled, and the fraction at 121-123 ℃(0.267kPa) is collected to obtain 42g of the product with a yield of 52%.
