biological activity	Androsta-1,4,6-triene-3,17-dione is a lipophilic and specific aromatase inhibitor, the Ki value was 0.18 μm. Androsta-1,4,6-triene-3,17-dione can inhibit estrogen biosynthesis and has contraceptive effect. Androsta-1,4,6-triene-3,17-dione can induce spatial memory impairment.
