Method:
The method for synthesizing 1,1-dimethylethyl 4-(6-chloro-3-pyridine)-1-piperazinecarboxylate mainly includes two steps:
1.4-(6-chloro-3-pyridine)-1-piperazinecarboxaldehyde is obtained by reacting 4-chloro-1-piperazinecarboxaldehyde with 6-chloro-3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde.
2. The above product is reacted with tert-butanol acid to generate the final product 4-(6-chloro-3-pyridine)-1-piperazinecarboxylic acid 1,1-dimethyl ethyl ester.
