[1,1 '-Biphenyl]-3,3'-dispulfonic, 4,4 '-bis[[1-hydroxy-6-[(Alino) amino]-3-sulfo-2-napthyl] azo]-, hexasodium salt ([1,1'-Biphenyl]-3,3 '-disulfonic acid, 4,4'-bis[[1-hydroxy-6-[(amino)]-3-sulfo-2-napthalenyl] azo-, hexasodium salt) is a chemical substance commonly abbreviated as BHDAS. The following is a brief introduction to the nature, use, formulation and safety information of BHDAS:
Nature:
-Appearance: dark red to black powdery substance.
-Solubility: Soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvents.
Use:
- BHDAS is an important organic synthesis intermediate, which is widely used in the fields of dyes, pigments and photosensitive materials.
-It is often used in the preparation of acidic, neutral and mordant dyes in the dye industry, and can be applied to the dyeing of textiles, paper and other materials.
- BHDAS can also be used as a stabilizer for photosensitizers and pigments.
Method:
- BHDAS can be synthesized by direct sulfurization reaction between benzene rings. First, under appropriate conditions, 1,1 '-Biphenyl is reacted with sulfuric acid by a sulfurizing agent (such as sulfur chloride) to obtain [1,1'-Biphenyl]-3,3 '-dispulfonic acid.
-Then, under alkaline conditions, combine [1,1 '-Biphenyl]-3,3'-disulfonic acid reacts with 1-amino-2-napthol -4-sulfonic acid, and further reacts with condensation reagents such as aniline, sodium nitrite, O-phenylenediamine, etc., and finally BHDAS is obtained.
Safety Information:
- BHDAS has low toxicity under normal circumstances, but it is still necessary to pay attention to safety measures during use and operation.
-During operation, avoid direct contact with skin, eyes and respiratory tract, and avoid inhalation or ingestion.
-In case of contact or inhalation, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
-During storage and handling, avoid contact with oxidants, acids, alkalis and other substances to prevent dangerous reactions.
The above is only for [1,1 '-Biphenyl]-3,3'-disulfonic acid, 4,4 '-bis[[1-hydroxy-6-[() amino]-3-sulfo-2-napthalenyl] azo]-, A Brief Introduction of hexasodium salt. For more detailed information, please refer to relevant literature or consult professional knowledge sources.
