Abstract:
with 5-chloro-2-pentanone as raw material, carbonyl protection was carried out first, deprotection was carried out after reaction with ethyl ethanolamine, and then carbonyl reductive amination was carried out, 5-(N-ethyl-N-2-Hydroxyethyl amine)-2-pentylamine (commonly known as hydroxychloroquine side chain) was synthesized by 4 steps reaction. The total yield was 53.8% and the purity was 99.0%(GC). The recovery rate of ethyl ethanolamine was 95%.
