Use | 6-methylnicotinamide is an organic intermediate, it can be prepared from 6-methyl-3-picolinic acid in two steps. Can be used for the preparation of pyridine adsorption function board. |
preparation | in a ML three-necked flask equipped with a stirrer and thermometer, add ml of absolute ethanol, then add 25.6g(0.19mol) of 6-methyl-3-pyridinecarboxylic acid, 20ml of SOCl2, install reflux condenser tube, oil bath temperature control at 50~60 ℃, the reaction was followed until complete. The solvent was spin-dried, the solid was poured into 200ml of saturated NaCO3 solution, extracted with CH2Cl2 (100ml * 2), the organic layers were combined, dried over 20g anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered, 28g of brown liquid ethyl 6-methyl-3-pyridinecarboxylate in a yield of 91%, B. p116 ~ 117 °c. In A ml single-necked flask with magnetic stirring, add 25% ml of aqueous ammonia (0.13 strength), and add 22G (mol) of ethyl 6-methyl-3-pyridinecarboxylate, put into a single bottle, stir at room temperature 10~15 ℃ for 6~7 hours, put in the refrigerator overnight, let white crystals fully precipitate, filter, wash with water (50mL * 2), white crystals of 6-methylnicotinamide were obtained in a yield of 16.7g and 92%. M. P: 199-200 °c. |
