Introduction | Tris (3, 6-dioxane) amine, TDA for short, it is not only a long-chain tertiary amine, but also has the structure of polyoxyethylene-CH2CH2O-, and has similar structural characteristics and properties of quaternary ammonium salt and Crown compound, good stability, high catalytic activity and relatively easy preparation. |
preparation | A preparation method of tri-(3, 6-dioxa-heptyl) amine, in a four-necked bottle equipped with a stirrer, ammonia and hydrogen inlets, a glass plug, and water taken up by the recovery gas stream, 7500G of Raney nickel and 25000G of 3, 6-dioxa-1-heptanol were added. The resulting material was heated to 150 ° C., at which temperature a mixed gas of NH3 and H2 was passed. The reaction solution was then heated to 185 °c and reacted for 3H at this temperature. After conversion of the glycol ether of about 60% alkylene to Amine, the passage of NH3 was stopped and continued for H2 for 2H at a temperature of 185 °c. After completion of the reaction, the reaction mixture was cooled, Raney nickel was removed by filtration, and the filtrate was distilled under reduced pressure. The conversion of the alcohol ether was 90%. |
