application | 3-(4-bromophenyl) piperidin-2-one can be used as an intermediate in pharmaceutical synthesis, such as preparation: specific steps are as follows: 3-(4-bromophenyl) piperidin-2-one (7.6g,30mmol) was mixed in deuterated methanol (100g), heated to 40-45 ℃ under nitrogen protection, sodium methoxide (3.2g,60mmol) was added, and reacted at 40-45 ℃ for 16h. LCMS detection showed that the deuterated rate was 90%, and the reaction solution was cooled to 20-25 ℃, 100mL of ammonium chloride solution was added for quenching, extracted with ethyl acetate (100mL × 2), dried, concentrated to obtain crude product, and filtered with petroleum ether beating to obtain a white solid of 7.0g of 3-(4-bromophenyl)-3-deuterated piperidine -2-one with 92% yield. LCMS analysis showed that the deuteration rate was 92%, and nuclear magnetic resonance showed that the deuteration rate was 94%. |
