Preparation Method:
1-ethyltricyclo[3.3.1.1~3,7 ~]decane can be prepared by the following reaction:
First, 1-cyclopropylcyclopentadiene is reacted with pentadiene at a low temperature to obtain 1-cyclopropylpentadiene.
Then, 1-cyclopropylpentadiene is reacted with ethyl ethanesulfonate under acid catalysis to produce 1-ethyltricyclo[3.3.1.1~3,7 ~]decane.
