1. Natural Alumnite Processing Method
Crushing alum stone, roasting, dehydration, weathering, steam leaching, precipitation, crystallization, and crushing to produce aluminum potassium sulfate finished product.
2. Bauxite method
Decompose bauxite ore with sulfuric acid to obtain aluminum sulfate solution, then add potassium sulfate for reaction, filter and crystallize, centrifuge and dehydrate, and dry to obtain the product.
3. Recrystallization method
Coarse alum is boiled with water, evaporated, crystallized, separated, and dried to obtain the finished product.
4. Aluminum hydroxide method
Dissolve 0.22 tons of Al (OH) 3 in 0.35 tons of sulfuric acid, boil crude alum with water, add 0.23 tons of potassium sulfate solution, heat and react, filter, concentrate, crystallize, centrifuge, and dry to obtain the finished product.
