preparation method | a preparation method of 5-bromoquinoline-8-formaldehyde, comprising the following steps: S1, mixing 5-bromo-2-methylaniline with glycerol, adding 75% concentrated sulfuric acid and catalytic amount of sodium iodide to co-heat to obtain 5-bromo-8-methylquinoline; S2, 5-bromo-8-methylquinoline is produced in the presence of NBS and AIBN to 5-bromo-8-dibromomethylquinoline, and the reaction solvent is DCE;S3, and then 5-bromo-8-dibromomethylquinoline is co-heated with a catalytic amount of sodium iodide in a mixed solvent of acetonitrile and water to obtain 5-bromoquinoline-8-formaldehyde. |
