Abstract:
citric acid ester is an environment-friendly plastic plasticizer, which can replace the restricted phthalate plasticizer. A new synthetic process of Tri-n-butyl citrate and its acetylation is introduced in this paper. The experimental data are provided for synthetic research.

Abstract:
The synthesis of Tri-n-butyl citrate was studied. The conditions of catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time were tested. On this basis, the acetylation reaction of Tri-n-butyl citrate was studied. The reaction catalyst, feed ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time and other conditions were tested. It provides necessary data for industrial production.Key words:

First, the conventional hydrothermal method uses zirconium, titanium or silicon precursors and octyltrimethylammonium bromide to prepare a mesoporous material carrier; then acidic ionic liquid surface modification: the mesoporous material carrier is KH-550 with a silane coupling agent, After the toluene reaction is sufficient, it reacts with 1, 3-propane sultone or 1, 4-butane sultone and finally reacts with an ionic liquid containing strongly acidic groups to obtain a strongly acidic mesoporous.
