Summary:
The charge transfer reaction between electron acceptor chloric acid and electron donor lomefloxacin was studied. The experimental results show that stable n-& pi can be generated in acetone-methanol medium at room temperature; The fluorescence emission of the complex is significantly more sensitive than that of lomefloxacin. The different conditions and parameters affecting the reaction were studied and optimized, A new method for the simple and reliable determination of lomefloxacin based on charge transfer reaction was established, and the interference of coexisting agents of pharmaceutical preparations was also studied. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of lomefloxacin in pure products and preparations with satisfactory accuracy and precision. The minimum detection limit is 0.04 mg · L-1, the recovery rate is 97.4% ~ 99.3%, and the relative standard deviation is 1.3% ~ 2.6%. The mechanism of charge transfer reaction is also discussed.

Summary:
clotrimazole and chloran acid undergo charge transfer reaction in acetone medium to form a 1:1 type complex. the & lambda of the complex; Max = 525 nm, the apparent molar absorbance coefficient is 1.22 × 103L mol-1 cm-1, the drug concentration conforms to Beer's law in the range of 0~300 mg/L, the relative standard deviation of 6 determinations is 1.4%, and the recovery rate is above 97%. The proposed method is used to determine the content of active ingredients in pharmaceutical tablets, and the results are consistent with the pharmacopoeia method.
