In vitro study | The IC50 values are in the nanomolar range STF-118804 reducing the activity of B- ALL cell lines containing the translation of the MLL chromosome. In addition, leukemic samples taken from five pediatric thallium patients were also sensitive to STF-118804 in the low nanomolar range. STF-118804 induced apoptosis in leukemic MV411 cells without prior cell cycle arrest. |
