needle-like crystals or powders. Insoluble in water, ethanol and chloroform, soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid, more soluble in hot benzene, toluene nitrobenzene and aniline.
Refined anthracene oxidation method
1. The gas-phase fixed bed oxidation method adds refined anthracene to the vaporization chamber for heating and vaporization, and mixes it with air in a ratio of 1: (50-100). The mixed gas enters the oxidation chamber and undergoes oxidation at (389 ± 2) ℃ under the catalysis of V2O5. After thin-walled condensation, the product is obtained.
2. The liquid phase oxidation method measures the refined anthracene and adds it to the reaction vessel, followed by the addition of trichlorobenzene, which is dissolved under stirring. Then add nitric acid dropwise, control the reaction temperature to 105-110 ℃, remove the by-product NO, and react for 6-8 hours. After that, reduce the pressure and evaporate the solvent, cool and crystallize to obtain the product.
Phthalic anhydride method
Measure the phthalic anhydride and add it to the reaction vessel. Heat and dissolve it with benzene while stirring. Heat to 370-470 ℃ and allow the mixed gas to undergo gas-phase condensation through a silicon aluminum catalyst to obtain the product.
Carboxyl synthesis method
Add the measured amount of benzene to the reaction vessel, pass CO at 4.88 MPa, and react at 200 ℃ for 4 hours until the CO pressure no longer decreases, and the reaction is complete. Processed products.
