Ribonuclease | Ribonuclease (RNase) is a class of nucleases that catalyze the degradation of RNA into small fragments. Ribonuclease can change the host cell metabolism, inhibit Virus synthesis, in vitro can inhibit influenza Virus proliferation, in chicken embryo can inhibit the formation of herpes Virus. RNase refers to an enzyme capable of hydrolyzing the phosphodiester bond of RNA, also known as ribonuclease (RNase).
