Abstract:
waterborne polyurethane emulsion and waterborne polyurethane emulsion modified by Amino-silicone oil (AEAPS) microemulsion were synthesized. The properties of two kinds of waterborne polyurethane and the coating effect on fabric were studied. The results showed that the silicone-modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion had good centrifugal stability when the mass percentage of amino-silicone oil to polypropylene glycol was 8.18%, and the mass fraction of silicon atom on the surface of the emulsion film was 0.92%; the micro phase separation of the soft segment phase and the hard segment phase of the silicone modified waterborne polyurethane is increased, and the water resistance and thermal stability of the emulsion film are improved. When the silicone modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion is used as a fabric coating agent, the fabric can be given a soft, smooth style.

Abstract:
objective to investigate the application value of simethicone in endoscopic observation of gastric body and fundus. Methods patients undergoing gastroscopy were randomly divided into two groups. Before examination, the study group was given simethicone 30ml lidocaine mucilage 10ml orally, and the control group was given Lidocaine mucilage 10ml orally, parallel statistical analysis. Results The endoscopic visual field clarity of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.001). Conclusion simethicone can significantly improve the clarity of the visual field of gastroscopy, especially for the observation of the gastric body and fundus.

Abstract:
by toluene diisocyanate and polytetrahydrofuran, dimethylol propionic acid reaction of polyurethane prepolymer in low concentration of amino silicone oil in aqueous emulsion chain extension, synthesis of a silicone modified polyurethane emulsion, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ESCA energy spectrum, contact angle meter, electronic tensile testing machine, water absorption test and emulsion stability test were used to study the emulsion. The results show that the polyurethane water emulsion modified by siloxane has good stability, Siloxane is enriched on the surface of the latex film, and has obvious surface modification effect on the polyurethane material. The water resistance of the material is improved, and the mechanical properties of the body are not changed.

Abstract:
silicone oil has been used as a vitreous substitute for more than 40 years and is now widely used in the treatment of complicated retinal detachment. However, silicone oil can be emulsified in the eye for a long time, leading to a variety of serious complications and affecting the long-term efficacy after surgery. This article briefly reviews the relationship between the physical and chemical properties of silicone oil and intraocular filling, the known mechanism and influencing factors of silicone oil emulsification, the complications of silicone oil emulsification, and the consideration of coping.
