Abstract:
The maximum excitation wavelength and maximum emission wavelength of different plastic fluorescent whitening agents were determined by fluorescence method, and the qualitative analysis method of plastic fluorescent whitening agents was established; the conditions for determining the content of plastic fluorescent whitening agent OB solution by fluorescence method are as follows: excitation wavelength of 369nm, emission wavelength of 435 nm, linear range of 0.12~6.0 mg/L, A quantitative analysis method of plastic fluorescent whitening agent OB was established. The results show that the fluorescence method is a simple and effective method for the qualitative and quantitative determination of plastic fluorescent whitening agent.

Abstract:
The main varieties of fluorescent whitening agents used in textile printing and dyeing are introduced (including bistriazine amino stilbene fluorescent whitening agent, stilbene biphenyl fluorescent whitening agent, bisbenzoxazole fluorescent whitening agent, stilbene benzene fluorescent whitening agent, pyrazoline fluorescent whitening agent, coumarin fluorescent whitening agent), and according to the different types of fiber, lists the types of whitening agent used; the development status of fluorescent brighteners for textile dyeing and finishing is reviewed, and the development trend of brighteners is prospected.

UV absorption is an important index to control the quality of fluorescent whitening agent. I. Fluorescent whitening agent 199) dissolution solvent, maximum absorption wavelength, solution concentration selection test, determine the use of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) as the initial solvent, ethanol as the solvent for further dilution; determine the maximum absorption wavelength (& lambda;max = 364nm; And for the difference of the active ingredients of the fluorescent whitening agent ER raw powder and common products, different mass concentration solutions were used (4mg/L for the original powder and 16ms/L for the common product). According to these conditions, the determination method of UV absorption of fluorescent whitening agent ER raw powder and common products was determined. The problems that should be paid attention to in the determination process are also briefly introduced. The method is simple, easy and rapid, and is suitable for the quality control and inspection of products in the production and use units of fluorescent whitening agent ER.
