Abstract:
The surface properties, thermal stability, acidity and catalytic activity of different SiO2 supported Phosphotungstic acid (PW) catalysts for alkylation of benzene with propylene and 1-dodecene were studied. The results show that the dispersion of PW on SiO2 is related to the specific surface area and pore size of SiO2, and the interaction between PW and the surface of the support will directly affect the thermal stability and acidity of the supported catalyst. Different SiO2 can be used to prepare the specific surface area, pore structure and acid strength of different supported PW catalysts to meet the requirements of different catalytic reactionsKey words:

Abstract:
In this paper, the infrared characteristic spectra of eight kinds of silica from different sources were compared and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the infrared spectra of eight kinds of silica from different sources are similar, but due to different formation mechanisms or synthesis methods, they have some respective infrared characteristic spectra. According to these infrared spectrum characteristic peaks, different sources of silica can be distinguished, which provides a scientific basis for the development, research and selection of silica.

Abstract:
nano-silica was prepared by using sodium silicate as Silicon source and ammonium chloride as precipitant. The effects of sodium silicate concentration, volume ratio of ethanol to water and pH value on the specific surface area of nano-silica powder were studied. The results show that when the concentration of sodium silicate is 0.4mol/L, the volume ratio of ethanol to water is 1:8, when the pH value is 8.5, amorphous silica nanoparticles with a particle size of 5~8nm and good dispersion can be prepared.

Abstract:
using Stober sol-gel method, monodisperse nano-silica microspheres with the size of about 80 ~ 150nm were synthesized, and the temperature, the influence of ammonia concentration and TEOS concentration on the synthesis of silica. The samples were characterized by XRD, IR, SEM and TEM. The results show that the increase of hydrolysis temperature accelerates the maturation of silica particles in solution and causes agglomeration. The increase of ammonia concentration increases the nucleation rate and the hydrolysis rate, the particle size of silica increases, and the degree of agglomeration also increases. The increase in the amount of TEOS also resulted in a slight increase in the particle size of the silica and an increased degree of agglomeration.
