use
1. Mainly used for the production of organic pigments and for the dyeing and printing of cotton fibers, viscose fibers and some synthetic fibers
P> 2. tryptophenol AS is mainly used as a primer for cotton dyeing, as well as a primer for dyeing vinylon, viscose fiber, silk, diacetate fiber and cotton printing. It is often dyed with red base G; dyed with purple sauce with date red base GBC; dyed with orange base GC with yellow light orange; dyed with blue salt VB with blue, etc., is one of the most important chromophenols. Chromophenol AS is also used to make fast pigments, fast amines, fast sulfonates and organic pigments.3. It is widely used as a primer for dyeing and printing cotton fiber fabrics. For example, it is yellow with yellow base GC, orange with orange base GC, red with big red base RC or red base KB, national flag red with big red base G, blue with blue base VB or blue base BB, sauce red with red base RC, and jujube red with date red base GBC. It can also be used to make fast pigment dyes and organic pigments.
production method
1. Condensation of 2,3 acids and aniline in the presence of phosphorus trichloride and chlorobenzene, and then distill chlorobenzene. Raw material consumption (kg/t)2,3 acids (100%) 780 aniline (99%) 400 phosphorus trichloride (100%) 235 chlorobenzene (98%) 220 soda ash (98%) 210
2. Using 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid (2, 3-acid) and aniline as raw materials, using chlorobenzene (or toluene) as solvent, in the presence of phosphorus trichloride, 2,3-Acid and aniline are condensed, neutralized, distilled, filtered, and dried to obtain the finished product.
