Preparation Method:
The preparation of tert-butyl (R)-( )-4-formyl-2,2-dimethyl-3-oxazol can be carried out by the following steps:
1. react tert-butyl (R)-( )-4-hydroxy-2 with benzyl potassium permanganate to generate (R)-( )-3-Boc-2, 2-dimethyloxazoline -4-one.
2. (R)-( )-3-Boc-2, 2-dimethyloxazoline -4-one is reacted with an aldehyde compound to obtain tert-butyl (R)-( )-4-formyl-2,2-dimethyl-3-oxazol by reduction.
