Acebilustat - Reference Information
| Application | Acebilustat (CTX-4430) it is a triene A4 lytic enzyme inhibitor that can be used in the treatment of inflammation. It was safe and well tolerated in Phase I clinical trials. Acebilustat is an anti-inflammatory drug used to treat CF and other diseases. Asimlukast is a potent inhibitor of leukotriene A4 hydrolase (LTA4H), catalyzing the rate-limiting step in the formation of leukotriene B4(LTB4), this is a potent chemoattractant and activation of inflammatory immune cells including neutrophils. |
