Abstract:
with β-ionone as the starting material, β-ring high citral was obtained by oxidation and hydrolysis, and then the latter was oxidized by M-chloroperoxybenzoic acid and dehydrated by microwave to prepare dihydroactinidia lactone, the overall yield of the 4-step reaction was 30%. The synthesized dihydrokiwifruit lactone has obvious effects of masking impurity and flavoring when applied to cigarettes.

Abstract:
starting with commercially available β-ionone, cyclic citral was prepared by ozonation, followed by Darzen condensation to yield cyclic high lemon vinegar. A self-made catalyst was used to convert the ring-High-lemon vinegar into dioxo-kiwifruit inner vinegar (9-oxa-1, 5, 5-trimethylbicyclo "4,3, the product was confirmed by MS,IR and elemental analysis.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a synthesis method and application of a lactone compound, namely a synthesis method and application of dihydrokiwifruit lactone. Β-cyclic citral was prepared from β-ionone or citral by ozonation or low-temperature cyclization, and then β-cyclic citral was obtained by Darzen condensation reaction; then, P-chloroperoxybenzoic acid or m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid was used as catalyst to convert it into the target product dihydroactinidia lactone in one step. When the product is used in cigarette flavor, it can increase the fullness of cigarette flavor and effectively improve the quality of cigarette products. The invention has the characteristics of easy availability of raw materials, high total yield, no environmental pollution, convenient post-treatment and high reaction specificity of the used catalyst.
