Use | Third generation platinum complexes used in the development of anti-tumor drugs. |
Its preparation and Enloplatin are completely similar. 2, 2-dibromomethyl-1-3-propanediol can be reduced by reacting with sodium azide to obtain 2, 2-diamine methyl-1, 3-propanediol, and then successively with chloroplatinate Potassium and silver cyclobutane -1, 1-dicarboxylate react to obtain the product.
It is also possible to react potassium chloroplatinate and dimethyl sulfoxide first, and then condensation with silver cyclobutane -1, 1-dicarboxylic acid to obtain (1, 1-cyclobutane dicarboxylic acid-O,O'-) bis dimethyl sulfoxide platinum.
The platinum complex is then reacted with 2, 2-amine methyl propylene glycol to obtain the product.
